Face Tension from Deep Plane Lift? (Photo)

Face Tension and numbing I had a deep plane face lift and neck lift and lower bleph 6 months ago. The lower bleph lead to entropion and lower lid retraction. Where my scars were both left and right side of my face and under my chin there is so much tension it hurts (uncomfortable) and still numb. My surgeon says it will take time but it does not change.. every single day I live with this tension from the scars. Is there something that can be done to soften that tension of pulling? Appreciate it.
