For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
Dear Elahe62,Thank you for your question. The frown lines between your eyebrows seem to be very mild. It is unclear from this picture whether you need filler there or not and also whether your botox treatment was fully successful or not. As a national and International NEF Faculty Member for Botox for the last 20 years, it has been my experience that many providers do not know how to achieve the maximal botox response in the frown area. It could be that your treatment was not adequate both in exact location and in dosage. This could be determined by a thorough examination in person and if that is indeed the case, you could take care of your issue with just a simple and very low cost botox injection top up. Otherwise you would need a thin hyaluronic acid filler gel placed very carefully since this area is fraught with risks such as skin necrosis, blindness etc for fillers. Make sure you see a board Certified Facial Plastic or Plastic Surgeon to ensure safety and successful treatment. Thank you for your question! If you have creases from making an angry face filler can help with that. Typically the filler that is used in between the brows is a Juvederm filler called Volbella. It is hard to fully see the area without a front on photo. If it is more of a scarring issue then microneedling would be the best option. Hope this helps!
I encourage you to begin by visiting with an experienced injector to discuss your concerns. It may be that you were undertreated with Botox. Filler in this area can be tricky. You may have better results with lasers, chemical peels or Morpheus8. Your board certified plastic surgeon will help you with your options.
The answer depends on the reason for the antibiotics. If you have an active infection you will want to wait for it to resolve prior to having your filler treatment. Discuss all medications that you take with your injector.
Thank you for your question! I would suggest doing two syringes of volbella for your under eye area. It is difficult to tell from the photos but sometimes pairing under eye filler with cheek filler helps support the under eye area as well. Hope this helps!
Hi @emily4571. Fillers provide structural support and plumpness restoring a more refreshed and rejuvenated appearance. I recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications. Best...
