I am 5’6 and 200 lbs Attached are pictures of myself and my wish pictures. Do I have too little or too much fat to achieve this look? Are my legs too thin to achieve this look or similar? Will I never be able to achieve a voluptuous lower body because I carry so much weight up top? I am interested in full body lipo including arms bbl and tummy tuck.

Based on your photos and description, you seem to be a good candidate for VASER Liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) first, and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) 3-6 months after you’ve completely recover from the initial procedure. After a 2-staged surgery plan, you will get rid of excess fat, excess skin and stretch marks, and will achieve a flatter and firmer abdomen along with a fuller, beautifully rounded backside. Many of my full-figured patients who desire flat abs and a perkier, more curvaceous derriere opt for BBL surgery, and get amazing results. Request an in-person consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon to assess your candidacy for BBL and abdominoplasty based on your age, skin laxity, Body Mass Index (BMI), body shape, and health status, among other factors. During the initial consultation, he/she can help you decide if adding volume to your rear will be proportionately appropriate for your appearance and how much fat volume should be grafted. hello thank your question and provided information as well..based on your photos I see that you are a good candidate for breast lift with small implant, tummy tuck, full back liposuction and bbl.My recommendation is that you lower your weight a little because you raised a surgical procedure to at least 150 lbs. your hemoglobin to perform procedieminto.my recommendation is that you be consulted in person by a certified plastic surgeon who sees and evaluates your case.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well. 
Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for a tummy tuck and liposuction with BBL, but I recommend you reach your weight goal before having surgery, so you can get the best results. 
The combination of liposuction with a traditional tummy tuck has become a very common procedure. It is safe to combine the two procedures mainly to address the hip, back and flank areas. This is a very effective way to extenuate the contour of the waist along with the abdominoplasty.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

I recommend a full tummy tuck combined with a full body contouring and BBL. I would suggest liposuction on your back and flanks as well if you want. For optimal results  your BMI should be less than 30 for elective procedures, but definitely you must be evaluated first to accomplish what you wished. Managing expectations is a large aspect of the plastic surgery consultation.  A Plastic Surgeon who is experienced in operating on patients of your body habitus can give you an idea of what you can expect.You will not  achieve what the result that you demonstrate in your pictures.  Those are different people with very different body types. You will get a good result with the right procedures, likely a tummy tuck as well as liposuction and BBL,probably as two procedures, but your goals are unrealistic without a preoperative significant weight loss.See someone who can educate and help you understand what is possible.
