I am worried about the shape of my nasal bone. Does it require correction?

Your red circle may be indicative of a nasal fracture, but this may not be good reason to pursue surgery. If your nose looks good, and if you breathe without issue, there may be no need to have a nasal surgical procedure. Thank you. Dr Joseph

The X Ray of your nasal bones has very little to do with whether you are a good candidate for a rhinoplasty and nothing in the X Ray indicates a problem if you elect to have one. I all depends on the appearance of you nose and what you would like changed
