Taking Accutane for Rhinophyma, It has Gotten Worse and Spread, Should I Discontinue Use of Clarvis?

Asked By:Accutane for Rhinophyma in Charlotte, NC

I am a 34 year old female on a 60 mg a day, 5 month course of Clarvis (Accutane) for moderate rhinophyma on my cheeks and nose. I just finished my second month of treatment and have not noticed any improvement. In fact, the rhinophyma on my nose has spread and become more noticeable. Should I stop taking Clarvis? Does it take longer to work on rhinophyma? If I continue with this course of treatment, when will I see results?
