18 days post rhinoplasty surgery and my front profile is not even! Is this swelling? (photo)

I agree with  opinions below don't panic contact your surgeon and discuss your concerns, most likely it is swelling.

18 days is still very soon after your surgery, and there will be swelling present that can affect your result. In general, swelling can give the appearance of asymmetry and irregularities. 70% of the swelling is resolved after the first 3 months and the remainder goes down over time. It can take up to 18-24 months to see the final result of your surgery, and the nose will continue to change over time. I would recommend following up with your surgeon, as he/she knows the extent of your procedure and exactly what was performed. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck.

The nose
can be swollen for up to a year or more. Swelling will depend upon the
nature of maneuvers employed, presence of grafts or implants, thickness

Swelling and assymetries are normal early after a rhinoplasty-dont panic
You doctor probably showed you how to tape the nose after your operation so continue
If concerned make an appointment to discuss some doctors use steroid injections to control swelling
