Abnormal hair growth after liposuction. What could have caused this?

2 months ago I had a Brazilian butt lift, but I've noticed since healing that I've had a hair growth on my liposuction areas (stomach, flanks, buttocks) this is completely abnormal for me as I'v never been a hairy person specially in those areas. I’m wondering what could have caused this and if anyone has experienced this?

Though an exam would be necessary, this may represent fat necrosis. This can soften over the course of 6 months to a year. These areas if larger or painful can be surgically excised. Contour irregularities can then be fat grafted.
