Can lip fillers fix asymmetry from a lip lift? (Photos)

I've had a lip lift in 2019 wich left me with a slight asymmetry. I tried to fix that with lip reduction surgery a year ago. I had semi permanent lip tattoo but the lip asymmetry is still present. Could lipfillers or kenalog injections (to reduce tissue of the scars) fix it a bit more?

If the nodule persists I encourage you to return to your dermatologist for a follow up appointment. Depending on the nature of the module you may benefit from a steroid injection to help shrink it.
