What would be the best option to address obvious asymmetry 8 months post chin lipo? (Photos)
Hello! I had submental liposuction nearly 8 months ago and am dealing with persistent asymmetry. One side feels tethered, and it seems like more fat was removed from that side, while the other side is noticeably fuller. During my procedure, which was performed awake by a chin liposuction specialist, a Kenalog flush was administered halfway through. The surgeon then explained that, due to my anatomy, he would need to complete the procedure using excision liposuction. The surgeon offered a revision early on, but I am hesitant to go back under the knife. What is the best way to address persistent asymmetry? If revision is truly the best option, I would consider it, but I would prefer something less invasive if possible.
