Hello. I plan to get FUE hair transplant, 2000 grafts, but I would also like to get fillers for acne scars on my cheeks and possibly some lasers. Would I be able to do everything in a period of 3-4 weeks? That's how long I could ask for time off work. How long would I need to wait after hair transplant to do anything on my cheeks? I haven't been able to find much information online. I would appreciate the help and advice very much!

Great question—and very smart to plan this ahead of time.

After an FUE hair transplant, even though the scalp heals fairly quickly on the surface, there is still ongoing inflammation and graft stabilization for a few weeks. Because of that, I generally recommend spacing out other cosmetic procedures rather than trying to do everything within the same 3–4 week window.

For your specific plan:

- Fillers for acne scars (cheeks):
  These can usually be done around 2–3 weeks after your transplant, as long as your healing is smooth and there’s no swelling or infection. Since this is a different area (cheeks vs scalp), it’s typically safe—but I still prefer giving your body a little time to settle first.
- Laser treatments:
  These should be delayed longer, typically at least 4–6 weeks after your transplant, depending on the type of laser. Lasers create additional inflammation in the skin, and stacking that too soon after surgery can increase the risk of irritation or delayed healing.

Can you do everything in 3–4 weeks?

Realistically, no—not all three (transplant + fillers + lasers) in that timeframe.

A more practical plan would be:

- Week 0: Hair transplant
- Week 2–3: Fillers (if healing well)
- Week 6+: Lasers

Bottom line:

You can likely fit hair transplant + fillers into a 3–4 week window, but lasers should be staged later for safety and best results.

If your goal is optimal outcome (not just convenience), spacing these treatments out will give you a much smoother recovery and better overall results.
