A combination of non-surgical options like Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, Ultherapy and Thermage would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. VASER Liposuction (with ThermiRF, Renuvion and InMode FaceTite) is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck and can be combined with a neck lift at the same time, if you're a candidate. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a long-term treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer.
PDO threads can support the jawline and neck. They are a great addition to non surgical facial rejuvenation. A visit for a consultation is the important first step. Options would then selected for your needs.
Unforrtunately, the one photo provided does not show the neck region nor the region of the chin and jawline, all of which could be better evaluated front both frontal and profile view photos. In general, however, appropriately selected and properly injected HA fillers can work well for shaping and contouring the mid and lower face, as well as improving a saggy neck. Threadlifts generally do not yield results that last longer than fillers and have a high rate of adverse reactions that include infection, dimpling and divets the skin and even :spitting out" of the sutures. And despite the intense marketing and social media hype surrounding all kinds of expensive lasers and other energy-based gizmos, the hard science to promote their use unfortunately well behind the hype to promote them. You would be wise to consult a board certified experienced cosmetic dermatology injector and be sure to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos prior to agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.
The photo received is very limited. However, so are threadlifts and last for about 6 weeks. If you wish to have facial rejuvenation, a consultation and consideration of a deep plane facelift would be the best path to follow.
You are a good candidate for ablative lasers. Either Erbium or CO2 lasers may provide you with significant rejuvenation. Threads in combination with the laser treatment may give you added support. At our facility, we always prefer to combine treatments when possible in order to achieve a synergistic effect.
Hello. It is difficult to see your neck in the photo but you do at glance appear to be a good candidate for PDO threads. Be sure to see a provided who uses molded barbed threads such as MINT PDO, because the lift more and hold better and longer. For laser intervention consider the Precision Tx procedure which is performed with the Cynosure SmartLipo laser fiber. Best of luck with your anti-aging procedures!
Thank you for your question. In my experience thread lift bis only temporary and complications when they occur are horrific. There is no laser that can safely lift your mid face.Dermal Filler injections to the mid face is your best non facelift option, I use Restylane lyft ort Voluma.
