Answer: Skin Tightening for the Neck -- Kybella, Ultherapy, PDO NovaThreads, Thermage vs VASER Lipo w/ ThermiRF, Neck Lift A combination of non-surgical options like Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, Ultherapy and Thermage would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. VASER Liposuction (with ThermiRF, Renuvion and InMode FaceTite) is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck and can be combined with a neck lift at the same time, if you're a candidate. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a long-term treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: HA Fillers Can Work Well For Mid-Face & Neck Sagging Unforrtunately, the one photo provided does not show the neck region nor the region of the chin and jawline, all of which could be better evaluated front both frontal and profile view photos. In general, however, appropriately selected and properly injected HA fillers can work well for shaping and contouring the mid and lower face, as well as improving a saggy neck. Threadlifts generally do not yield results that last longer than fillers and have a high rate of adverse reactions that include infection, dimpling and divets the skin and even :spitting out" of the sutures. And despite the intense marketing and social media hype surrounding all kinds of expensive lasers and other energy-based gizmos, the hard science to promote their use unfortunately well behind the hype to promote them. You would be wise to consult a board certified experienced cosmetic dermatology injector and be sure to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos prior to agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.

Answer: Threadlift? The photo received is very limited. However, so are threadlifts and last for about 6 weeks. If you wish to have facial rejuvenation, a consultation and consideration of a deep plane facelift would be the best path to follow.

Answer: Ablative Lasers You are a good candidate for ablative lasers. Either Erbium or CO2 lasers may provide you with significant rejuvenation. Threads in combination with the laser treatment may give you added support. At our facility, we always prefer to combine treatments when possible in order to achieve a synergistic effect.
