I am wondering what options I have to make my face wider and fuller. I would really like my face to be more heart shaped. I’m not sure where to start. I have already paid 6,000 for fillers with minimal results. I’m not sure where to go from here. I was recommended to do a thread lift for my jowel area and fox eye lift.
Answer: Heart shaped face Some patients seem to experience filler loss more rapidly than others. In looking at your face, you might want to consider cheek implants to minimize the anterior cheek flatness. The posterior width of your mandibular angles is narrow and custom mandibular angle implants would provide a less tapered appearance. Silicone facial implants are permanent yet removable. They are often a good substitute for fillers.

Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Robust HA Fillers Can Volumize, Lift & Contour The Face Frankly, I am really puzzled. At least from the photos provided, it would appear that a robust volumizing filler injected appropriately in the upper outer cheek area would not only help to contour a more ideal, oval feminine face, but would likely improve the under-eyes, as well (since the upper cheek-lower lid border is such an important support for the under-eye region). Likewise, a robust HA filler injected appropriately in the region of the posterior angle of the jaw would go a long way to further enhancing the overall oval, heart-shape you desire. It is certainly conceivable that your lack of response to fillers may have resulted from treatment by inexperienced injectors and/or inappropriate HA filler choices, such as plain Restylane or ordinary Juvederm, which might account for the disappointing results. A threadlift --besides having a high complication rate for dimples, divets, suture extrusion, etc.--by pulling on the skin would likely yield an even more unsatisfying skeletal appearance to an already thin face that clearly appears to need more volume, not further stretching and tightening.. You should make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and ask to see his/her personal before and after photos before agreeing to proceed.

Answer: Which procedure would help me achieve a more heart shaped face? Based on the posted facial photos I would offer mini facelift with SMAS plication with multiple Scultra/Radeisse sub malar injections. Fee $20,000. Best to virtual consult.

Answer: Facial balance you have a vertical facial growth pattern with a narrow lower jaw (near the ear is easiest to visualize); which yields a tapered/V shape. One should look at the 'bone structure' rather than t he overlying soft tissue at your age for a long term solution. Balanced augmentation is appropriate
