There has been also cavitation and radiofrequency sone on abdomen that might caused unevenness . Lipo 9 years ago . Can this be fixed ? How? Any doctor in Miami ?

You have contour deformity from liposuction.  This can be corrected by tracting it again with a liposuction cannula or adding fat to the area at the same time.
