Am I a candidate for a chin implant/submentoplasty? (Photos)

Asked By:geo_guy54

My goal: a better profile, more facial balance and an improved neck/chin angle. My concern: I do not want to have visible scarring in front of my ears or hairline. Therefore, I’m considering a chin implant and a submentoplasty that includes muscle tightening (platysmaplasty), which only involves an incision under the chin. Is this a good option for me? Is there another procedure(s) I should explore? Male, 52 years old, 150lbs. 5’7”
