To enhance the contour of your neck and jawline, I would recommend neck liposuction combined with a chin implant, depending on your anatomy and goals. Neck Liposuction procedure targets excess fat beneath the chin and along the jawline, helping to reduce fullness and create a more defined, youthful neck contour. a chin implant can significantly improve facial balance and enhance the overall result of neck liposuction. There are various shapes and sizes of implants available, and we select the one most suitable for your facial structure and aesthetic goals during the pre-operative planning phase. The implant is typically inserted through a small incision, and secured in place. The chin implant used in this procedure is FDA-approved and designed to be permanent.
It's on your photos, you appear to be relatively young, with an underprojected chin appearance, and excess neck fat. Neck liposuction and a chin implant may lead to an improved jawline appearance, with minimal inconvenience in downtime. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
You would benefit from a chin implant. This is done intra-orally so there is no visible scar. You may also benefit from neck liposuction.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Based on these photos it is very likely that a combination of chin augmentation and neck shaping by means of liposuction, neck lift or combination of these, would be a good solution. Good luck.
Thank you for posting your question here!My answer will be based on the limited information and pictures provided, for a detailed and bespoke plan I would encourage you to discuss the issue with your plastic surgeon in person. It's hard to make a full determination online , but if you were visiting in person we will start by determining if you have any issues with your bite , if not then probably jaw surgery is not the answer , you have a slightly recessed chin that can potentially improve both the look of your chin and neck with an implant. I would check the fat deposits in your neck , if they are above the platysma and are causing the contour irregularity then I would offer you either kybella or neck liposuction , my preference would be neck liposuction.I f the fat is under the platysma or the issue is caused by deeper tissues then we might discuss a deep neck lift. That being said based purely on your pictures you would probably benefit from chin liposuction +/- chin implant.I hope this helps, best of luck!
Based on your photos, I would not recommend chin implant surgery. In my opinion, you appear to have a pleasing and well projected chin appearance. If you would like to add several millimeters of projection, a permanent non-surgical chin augmentation procedure with microdroplet Silikon-1000 maybe...
I would need to see your face from all angles in order to make a correct evaluation. Based on your concerns, a chin implant could be a suitable option to improve chin symmetry and the overall appearance of your face. Considering your TMJ disorder, problems with the jaw joint can sometimes affect...
Even if somebody only chews on one side, since the mandible is a solid bone connected at the TMJs on both sides, the master muscles tend to get larger relatively symmetrically. Perhaps you have an underlying bony asymmetry. An examination would be necessary to answer your question. I hope this...
