Best procedures to improve TMJ asymmetry and neck lines (photo)

Question

I am a female in my late 20s with TMJ disorder. One side of my face and chin are bigger than the other. My eyelid droops on one side, and my side profiles look quite different. I also have really bad lines on my neck even though I am generally quite slim and petite I'd like a more symmetrical and defined face. What procedures would help me the best improve my appearance?

I would need to see your face from all angles in order to make a correct evaluation. Based on your concerns, a chin implant could be a suitable option to improve chin symmetry and the overall appearance of your face. Considering your TMJ disorder, problems with the jaw joint can sometimes affect facial symmetry, but after a detailed examination, a chin implant can help correct the shape and symmetry of your chin, creating a more balanced appearance.
Additionally, if there is enough fat in your cheek area, buccal fat removal (bichectomy) could be an option to improve symmetry. For the neck lines, Botox or dermal filler injections can help improve their appearance. Fat injections into the jawline area could also be considered to balance the lower part of your face.
A physical examination will be necessary to create the best treatment plan.
