Can home laser hair removal devices (silk'n, tria) be used to counteract sun damage? IPL lasers are used to remove hair and help with sun damage, so the at-home devices can be used for both purposes too right?

All devices have a long list of precautions and I cannot recommend you to do something against the product label. IPLs do not penetrate very deep and home machines are even less. They are worried about you increasing blood flow to the area of your thyroid if you treat over the mid neck....

IPL does not affect Botox or Radiesse. I would not treat with IPL the same day as the injections because of heat and manipulation. If you have IPL first, wait 1 week or until your skin is back to normal before having Botox and Radiesse, or wait 1 day after Botox or 2 weeks after...
