I have several keloids in a cluster on my chest. I've been trying Cordran tape, but it's such a hassle and hasn't been working very quickly at all. Would the injections be $50+ per keloid or just per injection appointment?

Keloid injections work well to ease the inflammation associated with a keloid scar.  Our office charges per appointment and amount of medicine used rather than by the number of keloids.

Keloid injections are typically charged by session not on a per keloid basis. If insurance is paying for your keloid injections, then there are 2 different charge codes that are submitted based on whether less than seven where injected or greater than 7 areas injected. Typical charges are $50-100 per session not per keloid.
Injection with a combination of steroid and 5-fluorouracil can be very effective without the side effects of skin thinning and lightening that can be seen with high concentration steroid alone.
