Collagen Treatment for Dark Circles?

Some clinicians will use Collagen injections to treat undereye circles.  I would recommend a topical regimen, followed by a MelaPeel as an adjunct to hyaluronic acid fillers. 

Collagen creams do not help. Collagen injections are not performed any more, except for Evolence which is a pig collagen, but is too thick to inject underneath the eyelid skin in general. Dark circles are hard to treat. Some creams that help change the iron from the blood cells are hypothesized to work; but, some patients improve and others don’t.
