I chose a Board certified plastic surgeon I found on Real Self who had excellent reviews. After trolling RealSelf for months, watcing Youtube and doing research there comes certain expectations with a deep phenol peel including pain, peeling, swelling & redness. I underwent the peel with zero pain and 24 hours later their is still no redness, swelling or discomfort. Can phenol solution go bad? Is there an expiration date on these types of products. Has this happened to anyone EVER before?
