I’d like to get a non surgical rhinoplasty but I am unsure if it would reduce my nose size or if it is permanent
Answer: Adding volume to the nose never makes it smaller. If you are looking to reduce the size of your nose, and to get rid of a dorsal hump, unfortunately, I suspect you may require rhinoplasty surgery to achieve a smaller and less distracting nasal appearance. Your up close photos are too cropped and difficult to evaluate. Please consider re-asking a question with better photographs, along with a description of what you would like to achieve with your nose. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Answer: Can non-surgical rhinoplasty reduce the size of my nose? Hi and thanks for your question. In principle, the Non-Surgical Nose Job is a procedure that adds to your nose in an effort to make it straighter, better proportioned and can be used to disguise a bump. In most cases, a straighter and better proportioned nose looks smaller because it blends in better to the rest of the face. However, whether it would work for you or not would necessitate an in person consultation with a practitioner experienced in Non Surgical Rhinoplasty. When selecting someone, make sure to look at their before and after pictures to make sure that you have the same aesthetic. There are several options of fillers. For a temporary effect of about 1 to 1.5 years I like to use Voluma. The result is smooth and natural looking and the filler is reversible with an enzyme injection if you don't like the result (almost never happens). I would not use Radiesse. It does not last as long as Voluma and is not reversible. There is a longer lasting filler called Bellafill that I use with patients who have had the temporary procedure. Bellafill lasts for many years and in some patients is actually permanent. Hope that helps!

Answer: Does a liquid rhinoplasty reduce the size of your nose? Hello,Thanks for your question. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty or liquid rhinoplasty involves the injection of filler material to camouflage irregularities on the nasal bridge and tip. It can make your nose look slimmer in certain situations, but by adding material to the nose, the overall size increases. The most common filler material used is known as hyaluronic acid (HA) filler. Common HA fillers include Juvederm, Restylane, and Belotero. These fillers last 6-12 months before completely absorbing. There are other fillers and fat injections that last longer, but these are used less often. If you are interested in nonsurgical rhinoplasty, I would recommend that you consult with a rhinoplasty specialist for more information.Good luck,Dr. Shah

Answer: Non surgical nose job A non surgical rhinoplasty will not reduce the size of your nose. Only an actual rhinoplasty can do that. What a non surgical rhinoplasty can do is give contour, subtly refine or even out irregularities with the use of injectable fillers.

Answer: Nose filler Hi there, A non surgical nose job uses filler in order to improve the shape of the nose. This means that filler is injected into the nose to even out things like asymmetric, bumps or a downturned tip. This makes the nose bigger as a product is being added, but it will make the nose appear straighter. Most clinicians use a hyaluronic acid, which is temporary, and can last anywhere from a few months to a couple of years depending on the filler used. If you are looking for a way to reduce the size of the nose, surgery is your only option. Hope that helps! Best, MJ
