Would a nose thread lift the tip of my nose? I've had many liquid rhinoplasties and loved the results. (Photos)

I wish thread lifting worked! If it did, we would offer it in our practice. Unfortunately, the threads are not strong enough to hold up the weight of the nose, and there can be significant problems associated with using barbed wire threads in the nose. Hi and thanks for your question. It would be very easy to lift your tip and camouflage your bump with a long-lasting filler. There is a permanent filler called Bellafill that I use with patients who have had the temporary procedure. I would not use a thread procedure for the nose. I do not think the results are reliable and precise enough.

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip.
