But I'm looking for something more permanent so I asked my surgeon and he said a non surgical nose thread lift would lift the tip of my nose and camoflauge the bump. would the nose thread lift give me the results I want? I'm also looking for a new doctor to preformthis for me as mine has little experience for this type of non surgical procedure (:

Answer: Threadlifting is not a good technique for lifting the tip of somebody's nose.
Some people have very thick and oily nasal skin, and isotretinoin may be helpful for achieving a narrow nasal appearance by decreasing the oil glands in the nose, specifically the nasal tip. Collagenase injections would be completely experimental and therefore should be avoided.
Depending upon somebody's examination, injectable fillers may be considered for increasing the size of somebody's nasal appearance. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Based on your singular photo, you appear to have a somewhat wide and crooked nasal appearance on front view. Depending on your examination, rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a smaller, straighter, and less distracting nasal appearance. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
