I am planning a breast augmentation and lift for the Spring of 2021. I want to go very big for the large "natural" look per se. I had a consult last year and scheduled one for December to get a definite answer but just wondering. this may be a bad question because I don't have any measurements. when I had my consult the dr warned about rippling and sagging, when I go back I'd like to ask about the internal bra procedure. or maybe I will need breast augmentation to achieve my desired results.
Answer: Would 800cc implants be a good size for me? To appropriately discuss implant size and choice, you really need an in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon with good experience with breast augmentation. Opinions and preferences will vary somewhat from one surgeon to another surgeon. Personally I start with the base width of the patient as the starting point for the footprint of the future implant. Tissue characteristics, and desired postoperative size, and patient anatomy all factor in to the proper selection of implant volume as well as profile. I go over all of that all in detail with my patients at the time of their consultation. With all of that being said, I think 800 cc would be way too large. It would definitely not look natural. It does not mean that it cannot be done, but it will definitely stretch out the tissues very significantly and likely create fairly significant problems down the road in terms of that stretch on the tissue, thinning out the tissue, and would likely lead to significant sagging of the breasts over time. I would recommend for sure talking through all of that in detail with your potential surgeon. I would recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon with good experience in this area. He or she can thoroughly review the options with you so that you can make a good and well-informed mutual decision. Good luck and take care, Dr. Howell

Answer: Breast Implants Thank you for your question. 400 to 500 natural implant is best recommended for your Breast Front as you no not have enough skin elasticity for bigger implants.

Answer: 800cc implants Thanks for your question! I think that 800cc's would be very large on your frame and definitely not "natural". If you are looking for large but natural, I would expect something in the 500cc range to be a better fit for you. Please make sure that you are visiting with board-certified plastic surgeons.

Answer: My recommendation Hello darling, Thank you for your question. After analyzing your case I can say 800 cc implants are way too big for you. I agree with your doctor who said this size would rip and sag your breast. I think you could get 450-500 implants with a lift, for a pearkier look. Make sure you go on a in-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for more specific opinions. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.

Answer: Breasts On your frame, 800 cc's will not look natural, will be very large and heavy, and will thin your tissue over time. I do not recommend that size for you. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and being measured to see what range of sizes will fit your frame and tissue. Then, try on those sizes to see what you like. If you choose implants that are too large, you will regret what they do to your breast with time.

Answer: Would 800cc implants be a good size for me? You will go past the natural look with 800 cc implants. This is currently the largest size gel implants on the market, meaning they are quite large. The larger the implant the more issues that tend to happen after surgery. All that being said, you ultimately should decide the size that is right for you after consultation. As always, be sure to research who performs your surgery to ensure the best likelihood of a positive result.
