610-695 Cc Implant on 5'2 110lbs Too Big? (photo)

If you were size 32 B pre-operatively, 435 cc implants would take you up 4 cup sizes to size F.  695 cc implants would take you up 7 cup sizes to size I.  These implants will not be stable.  The weight would be so great that they will descend inferiorly and laterally and you will require revision.  The mechanical load will stretch your skin and require revision.  I certainly do not recommend this.

Your implants look quite good right now and already are pushing the envelope compared to your chest diameter. Going larger increases the complication risk.

You have large implants to begin with and going larger is not a good idea. There are limitations to the implant size and you already there. The risks of thinning out, bottoming out and stretch marks are too high.

You already have a very good result with implants that are "testing" the ability of your tissues and chest/breast diameter to support them.  They already look like obviously implanted and not very natural breasts, but apparently this is what you are aiming for.  You should be aware that implants of the size you are considering carry a higher risk of irreversible stretching and thinning of your skin and tissues, the emergence of visible implant wrinkling as a result of this thinning, symmastia where you lose the valley between your breasts (a deformity that is difficult to correct, etc.  All of these problems can lead to multiple surgeries attempting to fix them, and the "fixes" are expensive and not always successful.  Please keep all of this in mind as you decide whether to proceed with your plan.

You are already far beyond your chest limits with your current implants. Going larger still is going to lead to significant problems in the coming years.

A 600-700 cc implant on someone of your size and weight is definitely on the larger size but consider the fact that you are only going an additional 200-250 cc bigger than what you are currently at. A 200-250 cc jump in size should be able to do what you are looking for. I would try to avoid going to a much wider implant - look for a higher profile implant that gives you more projection. Rippling of an implant is more likely with a saline implant, any implant on top of the muscle, and in a patient with very little of their own breast tissue to cover the implant. Hope this helps!
