I am a full 34b now with bwd of 14cm 132 pounds and 5'4. My BA is in three weeks and I am nervous I chose the wrong size.

Good day! For your guidance, here is a list of generalized breast implant sizing for most patients:
·  32A to 32C needs about 250-275cc
·  34A to 34C needs about 300-350cc
·  36A to 36C needs about 350-400cc

The optimal breast implant size depends greatly on each patient's personal preference. The same implant size in different patients will achieve different breast cup sizes in each patient.  I recommend focusing less on cup size and more on choosing the implant size you feel looks best on your frame after trying on different implant sizes in a bra and having pre-operative 3-dimensional imaging performed.  To answer your question about cup size, 150 cc is approximately 1 cup size so with a 270 cc implant you will likely increase breast size a little less than 2 cups from where you are today.  A realistic discussion with your board-certified plastic surgeon about your expectations is recommended.  Best of luck with the process!
