I have patients take antibiotics (usually Keflex unless they have an allergy) for 24 hours after BBL (and almost all surgeries). There is no good evidence that antibiotics have any benefit beyond 24 hours after this type of surgery.
Some surgeons only give one dose at the time of surgery. Giving antibiotics long term may or may no t decrease the risk of infections or might even predispose you to resistant organisms.
As long as the patient does not have an allergy Keflex is the "standard" antibiotic prescribed for the post op period. It helps to prevent infection, but you can definitely develop an infection even if taking this medication. If any signs of infection are present: fever, increased pain, red, warm to touch, drainage, etc, you must call your doctor immediately as they will likely treat you with something stronger.

4 days post op is very early. I would not worry about anything until you are more like 6 weeks out. There is swelling right now and indentations from your garment and you will lose ~30% of the fat injected, so you are far from you final result.
