It was suggested I get a 360 body lift but I absolutely cannot deal with the scar all the way around. I am thinking 270 body lift which will include a tummy tuck and removing the side part of the tattoo and some lipo to the bum. What do you think? And how should I address the cellulite underneath the bum? Lipo or thigh lift?

Answer: What procedure should I get? From the photos it does not appear you need a lower body lift. You should have a nice result from a tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring. This could sculpt your curves on the back without the long scar. For the cellulite you can consider Aveli. This is a one time FDA treatment that specifically targets the fibrous bands that result in cellulite.

Answer: Extended Abdominoplasty Usually body lifts accomplish what tummy tucks, or even extended tummy tucks can't: lift the buttock and lateral thigh tissue back into position. Although photos can, and usually do, deceive, it looks like your buttocks tissue is in a normal position. I think you would benefit from aggressive liposuction of your hips and waist, which would create skin laxity in the lateral hip area, and perform an extended (270 degree) tummy tuck. My contention is though that its not the length, but the placement of a scar that makes it stick out or blend in with body contours. That's the most important thing. In your case, a lot of your old tattoos would be removed too!
