It is likely that the lump you have found is not related to your implants. Breast lumps can occur for a number of reasons and happen to many women. Given your concerns, it certainly cannot hurt to obtain a 2nd opinion evaluation. I would suggest that you see a “breast surgeon” who has significant experience evaluating patients with breast masses.  Ultimately, a biopsy may be in your best interest. Best wishes.
