Thank you for your question and photo.  As others have noted, it is very difficult to answer this question without an exam.  Your skin quality looks tight, and you appear to have a narrow breast width (base diameter).  It is very important to keep the width of your breast implant very close to the base diameter to avoid a uniboob (symmastia) and to avoid excess implant fullness on the outer aspect that may increase rippling or wrinkling. If you have a more narrow frame, then a higher profile implant may be the only way to obtain your desired volume.  There are a variety of ways to preoperatively size a patient for breast implants including implants in a sizing bra, the rice bag test, and 3D imaging.  Make sure you feel comfortable with your  size decision before moving forward.   Re-consult with your plastic surgeon if necessary.  Size change operations are a frequent cause for reoperative breast implant surgery.  Good luck.  

You could get a very good result with an implant of a conservative size, appropriate shape and ideal position. Look for a plastic surgeon was has many, many before and after images with women who like you to start and have an ed result that is pleasing to you.

For instance, some implants may just be too big for a narrow chest wall. You can also visualize the possible outcomes of your surgery which helps you to get that perfect size to give you the shape that you longed for. WIthout seeing you in person it is impossible to tell you if those implants are right for you.  They may be a good choice but an exam in person is essential.

The photos you have shown both have a bit more projection than what I think a MP+ will provide for you.  The MP+ Mentor smooth implants are one of the most filled implants on the market and are ideal for thin patients like yourself, but they do not have as much projection as the HP implants.  The photos look more like around a 300 cc HP style.  The best way is to use a combination of the Mentor implant sizing system in the office and the Vectra XL computer simulation program to be certain if the look and size are what you really want.  The MP+ has the least amount of vertical rippling because of the higher fill volume but has a bit of side rippling.  The HP has less side rippling but a bit more vertical rippling as it is less filled than the MP+.  This should not be a problem since you are placing the implants submuscular. 

Thank you for the question and pictures. Base on your photographs, you are starting at a great place and should have a very nice outcome with breast augmentation surgery. If I were seeing you in consultation I would probably recommend the use of silicone gel breast implants placed in the sub muscular (dual plane) position.  Despite good intentions, online consultants will not be able to provide you with  meaningful specific enough advice.  Ultimately, in person consultation with well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons will be necessary. Careful measurements, dimensional planning, and careful communication will be key.
Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering  breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
 
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully.  Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your   desired goals  with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining which operation and/or breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals.
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "C or D cup" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
 Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup  size may also be inaccurate.  The use of computer imaging may be very helpful during this communication phase.
3.  Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly,  allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals.  Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.

Based only on your photographs my suspicion is that the volumes suggested by your plastic surgeon are more likely to get you the size that you show in the photographs.  However as is stated you need an in person examination measurements your breasts and chest to give you a proper answer.
