Typically, Juvederm Ultra will swell after injection. This filler is hydrophilic meaning it loves water. The filler should become less swollen. Since the filler is an HA, it can be reversed with vitrase. However, you may want to give your lips some time to settle down to see how they look in a few days. Typically, filler in the lips does not last as long as filler in other locations in the face.
It is very normal to have swelling after having your lips injected. Many patients experience swelling up to 5-7 days post treatment. The swelling will go down, and your natural lip shape will probably improve. I would not expect major changes though. I am not familiar with hyaluronidase causing, "Blue Spots". Hyaluronic acid when superficially injected can lead to some bluish discoloration. When I have injected hyaluronidase to dissolve hyaluronic acid fillers, I have not encountered any bluish discoloration. It is possible...
Hello Natural2011 the dent that you see commonly occurs after soft tissue augmentation and can easily be corrected by filling it with more filler like Juvederm. I would recommend that you return to your doctor for a touch up.
