I'm tired of wearing tons of makeup to cover my melasma. I'm a 42 year old Hispanic female with dark patches on my face. I have done 6 jessners peels and microdermabrasion with an esthetician. It has lightened it a bit but still not enough to get rid of the spots completely.Hoping this Tca peel works to lighten those spots. I wear sunscreen diligently and take really good care of my skin.

This is the second day after TCA 30% chemical peel, no pain just some mild inflammation under my eyes. Using Aquaphor as per my doctors instructions. No makeup, just letting it heal

Face has gone from very dark to reddish, looks like a bad sunburn, no discomfort though. Just keeping it clean and using aquaphor to soothe the dryness.

Skin around my mouth started to peek a little bit after washing my face gently with dermatologists cleanser. Skin looks smooth, just very pink. The pink tone will go away in a couple of weeks. Can't wait for all of it to come off! Will keep posting updates...

Healing nicely, bottom half of skin is coming off, doesn't hurt at all. Just looks painful.

looks like I will look normal by next week for sure, just a little pink but peeling well. Pigmentation above my upper lip is gone!

Looking good so far, my esthetician recommended using organic Emu oil to speed up healing and help with itchiness. She was right! Skin is looking great after just one application of Emu oil.

Finally looking normal! Skin is still healing but it looks great, melasma is gone just left with pink skin that will resolve over the next few days. glad I had this procedure and very happy with Dr. Christine Brown

Loving my new skin, spot free!

I had melasma on my face for several years due to a sunscreen mixup one day on holiday at the beach when I was living in France. I went to French doctors, then to British doctors when I moved to the UK. I tried creams, peels, etc. and nothing worked. When I moved to Dallas, I went to see Dr. Brown who told me she could help me with microdermabrasion immediately followed by IPL. After 2 treatments, it was almost gone. I just couldn't believe it. She's impressive and effective.

Dr. Christine Brown injected Belotero in my lip creases and Xeomin in my forehead and eye area. I am super-pleased with the results. I have had this done by other doctors and was pleased but I am extremely pleased with the results with Dr. Brown. I highly recommend Dr. Brown and the procedures. She uses a block which makes reduces the discomfort of the needle pricks. I experienced no bruising and within 2 hours after the numbness was gone I was good to go.

I am a 72 yo woman with the typical age related facial problems, deep wrinkling and folds along the nasal labial folds and what I learned were "tear troughs". I had a consultation with a "facial surgeon" and a nurse who owns a day spa. Both recommended botox for the elevens and radiesse in the tear troughs and nasolabial lines. Each charged in excess of $600.00 for each syringe and neither mentioned any other areas. The surgeon recommended upper and lower eye surgery. When I found Dr. Brown, I was intrigued by the fact that she was a dermatologist with over 20 years of experience, and the price of the filler, $400.00 during a special period pricing. What I found was a true artist, who looked at the problem with an eye to solving it in a unique way. She was kind and truly spoke to what was actually needed...VOLUME...and suggested a longer lasting, more effective solution, via a filler known as "sculptra". This was her recommendation, and the fact tha that it was almost 1.5 times more expensive and needed more syringes and more than 1 treatment meant it was out of the ballpark for me, so I told her what my budget was and she said she would work the magic she could with radiesse. At first when she started I was a little apprehensive because although she had explained she would be using it to add volume to my cheek area, I still thought it would include the infamous tear troughs and nasolabial fold.
Was I ever surprised and thrilled with the result...she sculpted with an artistic eye, a result that absolutely lifted my whole face and filled it in so that the bags under the eyes almost disappeared, as did the nasolabial folds and tear troughs. All with only 2 syringes. I am beyond thrilled at her artistry, integrity, and sure hand! Thank you so much, Dr, C. Brown!

I began seeing Dr. Brown as I was concerned about hair loss. She started me on a treatment that contains a prescription and the use of Rogaine foam. I have follow up appointments every month to few months so that she can monitor my progress. She also has suggested several other methods and things I can to to help hair regrowth. I have been very happy with the results so far.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Christine Brown; Jim, her medical/technical assistant; and the entire staff at her clinic. After many years, I finally decided to do something about skin damage I suffered in my teens caused by severe acne. I did not want any enhancements; just restoration to near normal. Dr. Brown understood exactly what my expectations were. She set up a treatment plan with deep laser FX skin resurfacing. I had three treatments, and followed up with a IPL (capillary reduction) session with Jim. I am very happy with the results. Although these treatments do not completely erase all damage, they greatly reduce the damaged appearance and my skin looks and feels much better. Dr. Brown and her entire staff are the best! Gene K.

I was amazed at the instant result I saw from Radiesse. I had minimal swelling and no bruising. I will always use Dr. Brown for my cosmetic procedures.
