Hello, I have had deepish tear troughs for a few years now from genetics, and have been bothered by them for a while now. I'm aware I also have thin skin under my eyes which cause some of the darkness, but I'm fine covering that with concealer if I have to, my main concern was the crease I have there. So I was wondering if despite that I could still get good results with filler. I have provided pictures in direct sun light and in overhead lighting as well. Thanks :)

Thank you for sharing your concerns and photos. Tear trough fillers can be an effective option for softening the hollow appearance and crease under the eyes, even in patients with thinner skin. The key is choosing the right filler and injection technique to minimize visibility, lumpiness, or the Tyndall effect (a bluish hue that can occur when filler is placed too superficially).

Since your main concern is the hollow/crease and not the pigmentation, carefully placed filler can often provide noticeable improvement and a refreshed look. In some cases, combining filler with other treatments—such as energy-based skin tightening or topical therapies—can further enhance results.

From the posted photos it does appear you are a candidate for under eye fillers.  This will help improve the hollowness and shadowing.  It is important to visit an expert injector for your treatment.
