I'm 12 1/2 weeks PO TT MR I experienced Abdominal Burning slightly to the left of the mid-line after sneezing, any harm?

Even at 12 weeks, although you have seen resolution of swelling, not all the swelling is gone and you will continue to see improvement in the thickening of your abdominal wall. It can take up to six months or even longer before you see full resolution.Although you may have pulled something with your sneeze, I think it's unlikely that you would have ruptured any sutures. Following along with your surgeon and asking him to examine the area is important. Many of my patients will have some pain even up to six months after a tummy tuck.

Thank you for your question.  Please follow your plastic surgeons advice.  The surgeon who performed your surgery and has the opportunity to examine you is the best person by far to answer your question.  That said if you had done serious damage to your muscle repair by sneezing I would expect that the appearance of your abdomen would be significantly different and you would be able to feel a split in the muscles.  I would expect that after a muscle repair sneezing in the first 3 months could cause discomfort.  Please follow your plastic surgeons advice.
