I am 11 months post primary rhinoplasty and my left side in the picture is completely collapsed as compared to my right side in the picture. I don’t mind the right side in the picture but the left is asymmetrical, collapsed? From the bridge down, and my entire cheek and even lip appear to be sunken or pulled down. My front view was not to change, and the bridge was straight. It was just to remove the bump, deproject it slightly, and so she had to reduce alars too. What is going on?
