It's been (one day) so far. I'm very worried that it will scar and stay this grayish color. It looks like a burn all over my checks and forehead. It doesn't look like it will peel because I believe the TCA was too strong for my skin and probably few days after microneedling didn't allow skin to heal quick before the peel. Will this be a permanent scar? Will this heal? I've been putting antibotic cream on it so far. What can I do on my own to heal this? No dermatologist near by. Help!

Thank you for your question. It is never recommend that you use professional grade peels at home because of the high risk of adverse reactions. I suggest you go see a dermatologist to access your blister.
I see and hear your concern. Oftentimes pigmented lesions like this can be successfully treated with the pulse dye laser. It may benefit you to schedule a consult with a Facial Plastic Surgeon to have an in-person evaluation and treatment for this problem.
