30% TCA peel left scarring? What can I do about these two spots on my face? I

I don't recommend doing peels yourself, due to the risk of complications. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care and treatment. These spots can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. Hyper pigmentation or hypertrophic effect from the TCA peel is rather common. Best to ask the peeling MD their recommendations. At least do not have ANY sun exposure! Or seek in person dermatology laser consult. 

AT this concentration even with acetone scrub and Jessner's scarring is vvvvvv rare. Scarring can occur due to poor wound care, as well as infection. At this stage, I would assess, if palpable your dermatologist or plastic will use dilute ILCS or microneedling with steroid occlusion. Silicone sheets should be used at night, and vascular lasers and Heallite or low level laser emission devices can be effective. All the best, Dr Davin S. Lim.
