Feels like I’ve read conflicting information about this. What is the ideal way to go? Wouldn’t people be prone to further scarring from scabbing if they have thin/scar prone skin? I’ve been keeping my wounds wet with vaseline and aloe vera this time around, but I’ve let them scab naturally the past 3 times I did cross. When I ask about aftercare, my doctor just says “nothing.”
