If I could give Dr. Krasniak 10 stars I would. Please look at my before pic. I was a desperate woman who had a baby at 43. My self-esteem was terrible. I had just gone to a consult with another plastic surgeon who took one look at me, said "you'll never have a flat tummy".

Well — that's because he wasn't Dr. Peter Krasniak. The skill, the bedside manner, the professionalism and confidence, you can tell he is the son of another highly-respected surgeon, now working at one of the most prestigious surgical centers on the east coast.

He's magic. Not only was he easier to get into than the other surgeons, because he's a best-kept secret (for now), he's more affordable. Plus when others said my tummy would never be flat, he smiled and DID THIS.

Dr. Krasniak, I don't know how you repaired my diastasis recti when others said I'd need to pay for a separate general surgeon, saving me money. I don't know how you sculpted feminine abs from my before pic. How my sides even have this beautiful hourglass with a soft muscle ridge. It's beautiful and hard to explain. My breasts are perky and proportional. I have my core strength back. I love my body so much.

Whatever you do, person who is reading this — do not discount Dr. Krasniak because he's newest at Quatela with few reviews. He is 2 seconds away from blowing up.

Dr. Amalfi was incredible from the moment I met her for my consultation. She listened to all my concerns/questions and gave me her advice on what procedure(s) to do. Dr. Amalfi was very honest and to the point, which I appreciated. Melissa, her patient consultant, was also phenomenal. Melissa was quick to get me answers I was looking for, and I bugged her a lot! There was never a moment I felt like I was being annoying. She kept assuring me my questions were normal and she was there to answer. The day of surgery, I felt at ease as soon as I entered the facility. I was the only one there, and I was taken care of immediately. All the nurses came to introduce themselves, including the anesthesiologist who had a few questions for me. Dr Amalfi then came in to mark me up and was so confident and excited for the surgery. She was very personable. After surgery, I went home and received a call later that day from Dr Amalfi checking in on me. Since then, the nurses have been able to quickly answer my questions, and being able to see Dr Amalfi each week has been so helpful. The nurses there are fantastic, and know exactly what they are doing…you can tell they have been highly trained. I would highly recommend Quatela, especially Dr. Amalfi. Dr Amalfi is absolutely incredible. I had a prior breast aug about 15 years ago and recently breast fed my first baby for one year, so as you can imagine I was well overdue for an upgrade. I instantly felt at ease within the first two minutes of meeting Dr Amalfi - I fully trusted her and knew I made the right decision choosing her. Having implants at the time of my consult, I was not able to try on different sizes to help determine which size to go with. I told Dr Amalfi what I was thinking, she provided her expert opinion and squeezed me in for surgery two weeks later. I am OBSESSED - I absolutely love them! I have struggled with my body post baby, and I can truly say I finally feel confident, beautiful and comfortable in my own skin again! My entire experience at the Quatela Center was amazing - Dr Amalfi and her entire staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable and confident I made the right decision.

I had a consult with Dr. Amalfi on March 11, 2025. After 3 c-sections and weight loss I felt it was time to look into a mommy makeover. From the time I called to inquire, the staff was amazing. I dealt with Dr. Amalfi's scheduling coordinator, Melissa, who helped me through scheduling and just general questions about the process. At the consult, Dr. Amalfi and her staff made me feel at ease. Having people look at your problem areas can be intimidating but I felt very comfortable. She took the time to address my concerns and came up with a plan. I was ready to have the surgery done asap and they happen to have a cancellation in 6 days so I took it. Everything went seamless even though we only had 6 days from consult to pre-op and all the in between details for a major surgery. I am now almost 4 weeks post op and already love my results. My recovery was fast and problem-free. I would go through this process again with Dr. Amalfi with no hesitation. It was worth every penny and pain that comes along with a major surgery!

My experiences with Dr. Montague for the last few years have been excellent. The steps to slow down facial aging involves listening, examining, discussions and recommendations. I am always heard and valued as a patient. He is methodical with injectables and utilizes the right products for best outcomes. Most recently he did a MOHS surgery closure and I can’t find the scar! We recently arrived at a plan that will refresh my 70+ facial features and I can’t wait for the planned event. I always leave the office with knowledge and confidence in my decisions.

I elected to have breast reduction surgery to help alleviate chronic pain. The entire team at Quatela were compassionate and professional. They worked closely with me to ensure all of my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. The nursing staff the day of surgery and during the post-op visits were very kind, understanding and gentle with me, as I got used to my new body. Dr. Krasniak is a true professional, he is kind and gentle and very smart! He did an excellent job with the incisions, I cannot believe how dainty they are. I am healing great and am very pleased with my results!

Dr. Almafi was fantastic throughout the entire process of my mastopexy (breast lift w/auto augmentation). She has a caring and comforting bedside manner. Dr. Almafi personally called to check up on me the night after my surgery, which speakes volumes about her character.

Dr Montague is an amazing plastic surgeon. He performed a deep plane lift, a lower eyelid blepharoplasty and a skin resurfacing procedure on me. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and would be happy to discuss my experience regarding the practice and Dr Montague’s skills. I drove from Buffalo to seek him out and it was worth the distance. I cannot begin to describe my satisfaction with the outcome.
