38 Year Old Male

Hi I am waiting to write the review from past 6 months. Finally the 6 months is completed. I am 38 old male from Indian. I started losing my hair when I was 25. I was so embarrased when I look myself. I started the research about hair transplant and other options when I was 27. Finally without proper knowledge I did the hair transplant in 2009 (i.e. When I was 29) with FUT method in India. It was OK when I went for hair transplant. I did saw some growth as well and looked nice for 1 year. Then I started lossing the hair again even the transplant hair. I am not sure the reason. As I did not received much guidance from the doctor, I might not taken care. Or it might be I stopped using Propecia and Minoxidial. Right now I am 38. I started my journey again. This time did lot of analysis and met multiple doctors. Took advices from all of the doctors. But still not satisfied to go for one more Hair Transplant. But my faith changed when I met Dr. Jacques LA HAIR CLINIC,LOS ANGELES,USA. I so much impressed with the consultation itself. For consultation itself he spent one hour. He explained everything to me. He provided the details how much hair required for each zone and he did the hair design also in free consultation. I never experienced this type of consultation. That moment itself I decided to go with him. Everybody knows the cost compare to India it would be very costly. But my fast experience was very bad I thought of trying HT in other country. In my openinion it would be good to take the transplant where you are exist. If unfortunate situation comes it is difficult to go back. If you are doing the place where you stay it would be easy to communicate. Finally I decided to go. My transplant done on 18th July, 2016. It was total 3500 grafts. surgery went for 9 hrs. The time flies very fast. 6 Months is completed very fast. I really appreciate each and every one in LA HAIR CLINIC,LOS ANGELES,USA. The care they will take about patient is really appreciated. I never saw this experience earlier. Post procedure also they are taken care very much. I am so thankful to Floraina. Go for free consultation and feel the experience from LA Hair Clinic

LA Hair Clinic- saved me money and went beyond expectations

My journey through 4 cycles of debilitating IVF cycles ended with a set of beautiful healthy twin girls.. then, 3 months later SERIOUS hair loss. My hair loss was so marked that I went to Jacques for hair transplant. The people at LA HAIR CLINIC are honest and upfront. They gave me other options to treat my hair loss at a fraction of the price of hair transplant.. a procedure called PRP. I had a procedure in September then a second in December... I still can't believe the results! Full head of hair again!! New baby hair on my hairline, density in my crown! Because i am in the medical field my first instinct was to seek help with dermatologist..4 consults-4 exact opinions.. NOTHING! I have to admit I was adamant, had no real expectations but I figured if these were the hoops I had to go through to get my transplant, then I was going to do it. I just have to say it went so far beyond my expectations.. you guys are the best.. and I have a head full of hair to prove it!!

5 Months Post Op - Overall Very Good So Far

I had my procedure done at LA Hair Clinic in Pasadena. - Amazinggggg Staff - Super Accommodating - Friendly & Professional - Overall Very Good Results So Far (I'm just at about 5 months post op, 45% density, see pics) I had my procedure done on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule they also did a small test a couple of weeks prior, since I'm prone to skin conditions and rashes. The procedure took about 12 hours and went super smooth. The worst part was the initial numbing. What an amazing staff! Jacques, Floraina, Hector.....everybody! They were super friendly and professional. The vibe there is great because they know and you know it's not a scam. I did my research for a few months, went to a couple of consultations, and finally picked LA Hair Clinic. The moment I walked in, my gut told me "yes" and I went for it. Attached are pics I took today, almost 5 months post-op. Updated on 25 Feb 2017: I'm in my 6th month post op. Very pleased so far. Doctor said I still have 50% more to grow in the next 6-8 months.

Superb FUE hair restoration

This entire review might sound hyperbolic, but it's not. I had an FUE procedure done by a different clinic (a very respected one in Southern California) and they are nothing compared to Dr. Jacques and the entire team at LA Hair Clinic. If another place is better than these guys then holy sh*t, props to that place for being better than the best. I had my FUE procedure done October 2016 and couldn't be more pleased from the moment I contacted them to the day I was walking out with my new hair. Florina will most likely be your first point of contact and she's with you all the way through the entire journey. She's top notch in customer service, graft placement, after-care, and so many other important roles. She always made sure I had all the information I needed while making me feel at ease. I'm super anal-retentive and she easily met my unrealistic (aka idiotic) standards. She's absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond whenever you need to reach out. John, Hector, and Telma are also part of the team and took care of graft placement, IV fluids, and many more tasks on the day of procedure. They're all as polite as can be and their attention to detail is superior. They'll count your grafts, split them into single (or double or triple) hairs, and place them into your recipient area. And if you don't know already, FUE is tedious as f*ck; not for me since I was just laying down the entire time, but for them. Since I was able to hear and watch them work on me, it was blatantly obvious they were all putting in top-notch effort and had a passion for details. Which leads me to Dr. Jacques... He's the worst on the team - just kidding! Dr. Jacques is absolutely fantastic. I met with him a couple of times to go over number of grafts and their potential placement before signing on the dotted line. He was never pushy and always listened to whatever my concerns were. He's an easy going guy, but again, the attention to detail is impeccable. He pokes you with some needles, extracts the grafts, and helps with graft placement. He checked, re-checked, AND re-checked my graft placements to make sure thicker and thinner hairs were in their appropriate spots. Come on, that sh*t's laborious to make sure every hair is perfect! It was definitely music to my ears when I heard him say (and do) that as he's working with the team. Enough with the good stuff. What was bad about it? Depends on the person. Maybe getting poked by needles for local anesthesia injections? Maybe sweating and being stinky as you lay there for multiple hours? I honestly can't say anything bad about their clinic and the team. Also to note, you get a great lunch and post-op care package as part of the entire cost of procedure so that's quite generous of them. Speaking of generous, Dr. Jacques even gave me extra complimentary grafts because he wanted to make sure the coverage was where it needed to be and he didn't want to shortchange my density regardless of the grafts and price we agreed upon. Hold on, maybe these motherf*ckers are just in it for the stellar reviews? Yeah, that must be it. They just like seeing nice things about them posted online... Or they care about their work and their patients. Well whatever the case may be, as far as I know, they have the best hair restoration clinic in the business. So was this all hyperbole? To an outsider, maybe. To someone who has been a patient of LA Hair Clinic, I think it's just honest. Kudos, George

Great Great Experience! - Pasadena, CA

Wow Wow Wow!! That's what I want to say after my hair transplant surgery at "Los Angeles Hair Transplant Clinic" It was a prefect experience!  My friend had his hair transplant done in Malaysia and I saw him in pain and agony covered with bandages on his head for months.  With that in mind my concerns arose...a bundle of questions I had that needed to be answered.  I always thought I will never need or have a hair transplant, but after I started losing my hair, I start looking for a clinic which could answer all my questions and go along with my work schedule.  As I researched, my last and final stop was when I found the" Los Angeles Hair Transplant " Again, wow wow wow from the moment I walked into the office.  I had ALL my questions and concerns answered.  They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.  Now it's been 10 days since my surgery and I just call them once and feel normal and satisfied other then that I'm bald now temporarily lol.   Quite honestly, everything went smoothly according to what they explained and discussed with me.  I'm working normal managing a frozen yogurt store.  It's not easy job, but I'm working like normal and never stumbled upon problems after surgery.  The best thing is about them is they have a very friendly staff - very kind and caring from head to toe!  Truly...from the girl at front desk to the doctor. Jaquese did a great job!! I must say he is very professional and skillful in his work. He took his time to made sure everything was done with thoroughness and accuracy. I'm very pleased with his work.  He made sure that I was comfortable with every step of the procedure. I highly recommend the "Los Angeles Hair Transplant Clinic" to everyone!  They can make your dreams come true as they did for me!!!!!  They are the simply the best!!!!!!!! -Shoaib Qureshi Updated on 8 Jul 2016:

FUE Procedure - LA Hair Clinic - Pasadena, CA

I'd like to start by mentioning that my progressive hair loss over the last 10 years of my life has affected me in more ways than not just being able to put Gel or Brush my hair anymore, but a huge hit to me self confidence--to the point where I couldn't stop looking in the mirror at my receding hair line. I felt like my hair line (and crown to certain extent) was deteriorating by the day, at least it felt that way. After that phase of constant analyzing my hair loss, I got to the point I didn't want to look in the mirror anymore and felt hopeless for a long-term solution. After my initial call with Florina at LA Hair clinic, followed up by a consultation with Jacques, that changed all that. Back in 2011, I consulted with another Clinic to battle my hair loss in hopes to keep my remaining hair and try to restore the hair that was gone or fading rapidly. While that doctor advise me how to try to "stop" the hair loss and possibility of some hair growth, it was not an ideal or permanent solution. Though I saw some improvement, the method given I didn't consider feasible considering the up keep as well as the feeling it was merely a "Band-Aid" solution, that quickly unraveled. After several months, any progress had stopped and eventually my hair loss hit the restart button. 5 Years later--I was back where I was at in 2011, but this time with less hair, lower confidence and feeling of hopelessness regarding my hair loss was at it's peak. I decided enough is enough and began doing my research on the FUE procedure. Once I determined that this procedure would more than likely be my best hope to restore my hair, I need to find the right clinic to inquire further. In the process of doing my due diligence, I was directed to LA Hair Clinic. Based on my previous experience, I wasn't sure what to expect and was somewhat skeptical, to say the least. I called and spoke with Florina (Surgical Tech, she's beyond awesome in every way) and immediately felt that I was her primary focus and she was able to answer my questions and concerns with that initial conversation. I felt comfortable enough to schedule my free consultation the following week. Upon meeting Jacques, any embarrassment or hesitation walking into a hair clinic dissipated. He was easy going, kind and caring from the start and made you feel as if you knew him for years based on his demeanor and character. He took his time and walked me through the process of FUE and explained the difference between this new procedure opposed to the old FUT procedure. There was no high-pressure sales tactics or the feeling of being pressed to make a decision. I was simply given some additional info in the form of a couple pamphlets. He advised based on my hair loss and "donor area" (area where the hair is extracted from) I would be a great candidate for the FUE procedure, but left the decision up to me to make how I wanted to proceed. I left the clinic feeling hopeful and confident that if I moved forward with the procedure, I'd be able to regain my confidence that I had in my late teens and early twenties. Within one week of my consultation I had my procedure date set and a week after that, I was back at LA Hair Clinic ready to start step 1 to regaining my youthful good looks :) From the moment I arrived, to the moment my procedure was complete, with the personal attention given I felt as if I was their one and only client! The personal attention they gave in all aspects of my interactions with Jacques and the staff (with a smile) made this procedure not just successful, but should I say enjoyable?! It was all of the above!! I'm currently 6 months in and the hair growth is really starting to show, even though this is a 12 month process to see full growth. My hair line is reestablished and I no longer need to resort to wearing hats/beanies everywhere or shave my head. I honestly can say doing this procedure was ONE THE BEST THINGS I'VE DONE IN MY LIFE. My confidence is starting to peak again and I feel/look 10 years younger!!! I can say with complete confidence that LA Hair Clinic is hands down, the most kind, caring and thoughtful medical staff I've ever encountered regardless of medical field. If you're skeptical like I was...all I can say is take in consideration my experience with LA Hair Clinic and make that call....you won't know until you do!!! JUST DO IT:) you won't regret it

Fue Hair Transplant - Pasadena, CA

I wrote this review 10 months after I had a FUE hair transplant at LA Hair clinic. Like most people I met several Dr.'s before deciding. I live in Pasadena and was excited to know I found a place that specialized in FUE procedure. Dr. Jacques Abrahamian was very attentive, honest, professional and made me feel comfortable and well informed. The day of the procedure I was excited! I watched movies and shows all day while Dr. Jacques and his amazing staff did their thing. It truly is a skilled procedure and I was made to feel as comfortable and taken care of as possible that day. The 1st moth was a bit challenging in terms of taking upmost care of the transplanted area. Like any procedure post care is vital, but it was one month that has brought and infinite amount of joy and confidence back to my life! The post op care I received from Dr. Jacques Abrahamian and his staff has been exceptional and tender. They truly feel like family to me now. I'am able to style my hair once again and it looks dense even when wet! It is still growing and I get compliments on it every week. The amount of transplanted hair will depend on each person. I had super receding hair line in the front and now it is back and full. I highly recommend LA Hair Clinic if you want a legit professional place that delivers with care and results. Ia'm so thankful :)

Flew in from New York City to LA and I'm a HAPPY Man. Pasadena, CA

I had my hair transplant with LA Hair Clinic and Jacques back in December 2015. I accidentaly came across their website while I was surfing the web in NY, and somehow after pages of research I ended up on their Youtube page. I instantly knew that I had found the clinic that was and is right for me. I had seen many videos online, and read reviews online, but this was the first time that I saw almost every step of the procedure step by step with explanation. Everything made sense, the different areas of the scalp, and the density each one of these required section by section. Now there was one issue. They were in Los Angeles and I was in New York City. I gave it a few days, allowed it to simmer in my head, then I decided to do a consultation Via Skype, we exchnaged a few emails with Photos, and I picked my date and placed my deposit. Every single step of my procedure was handeled professionally, from the front desk girl, patient coordinator Florana, every single person was down to earth, but most of all they had the experience and skill that was needed to do my procedure, but most of all the results to prove it. I spoke with a few of their previous patients which confirmed my thoughts of this is the place for me. The entire day went by very quick. There were several breakes and lunch between the phases, and to be honest the worst part of the procedure was the numbing (they kept calling in freezing) now I understand why, cause the whole area feels like its numb, and frozen. The recovery was not bad at all, had a puffy face for about 3 days, especially around my eyelids, which Jacques said would happen. Now that I am between my 6 and 7 months, I am absolutely glad I made the choice to proceed with Jacques over at LA hair, all the way from the east coast. You only get one chance in doing something right, everyone should take their time and research like I did. It took me years to finally settle on one, and I am 100% percent happy! Words can not describe how happy my results have made me, but most of all, the natural looking density and hairline is what keeps me smiling everytime I see myself in photos or mirror. I cant wait to return for my crown, now its just a matter of coordinating my time since I work in Finance, and by the end if the year, or early next year I should return for part 2 my crown. SO HAPPY, and BIG THANK YOU. LB

African American Hair Transplant Patient. Pasadena, CA

I have been wanting to do something about my hair since I first noticed the thinking around 21 years old. I took some professional pictures and noticed a lot of thinning on the crown and vortex area. At the time my hair line wasn't that bad, but it ended up receding a lot as I got older. I took my time did a lot of research for the best price and with a team of patient workers to perform my procedure. I made several calls to at least 20 different doctors over the course of my search. I spoke with some top doctors, but none of them wanted to give me the number of grafts I really needed because they had limits to how many grafts they do in one day, which was a bummer no one wants to come back the next day or for a second time to complete the procedure it's a lot of injections and preparation that goes in to all this. Trust me you want to be able to go and get it done and and not have to come back to finish lol. One place that I checked out really stood out to me, mainly because they were feeling to do a free test procedure. They transplanted 49 hairs from my donor region to a thinning area to check my hair characteristic to see if I was a good fit for FUE. The test turned out great so the clinic insisted I wait a month for healing before we proceeded with he full procedure. The staff is amazing everyone is nice and work very well with each other. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Flora who handled my payments and any questions I had with the help of Jacques Abrhamian. Flora always made her self available for any questions I had and believe me I had lots of them lol. Updated on 20 May 2016: Updated on 20 May 2016: Updated on 20 May 2016:
