The day of the surgery I was a bit nervous, but he put my nerves at ease.He created such a calm but also fun environment on the day of the surgery. He is very professional but also personal and we had such a laugh on the day, which I was not expecting. Wouldn't have wanted any other surgeon, would highly recommend!! And if I ever need any other treatments or surgeries, I would go to him in a heart beat. Amazing experience from start to finish.

Mark was very knowledgeable, reassuring, guided me through the whole procedure, explained everything in full, made the experience as painless as possible, great service and lovely surroundings, we were even offered chocolate!!!

I had an excellent experience with Dr Holmes. He vaery carefully explained the various options for my treatment and answered all my questions in detail. I felt very comfortable with him and most importantly experienced no pain or discomfort either during the procedure or afterwards. His follow-up care was much appreciated.

I’ve always had a small bust and never minded but since I hit 40 the loss of fullness has troubled me. I contacted Bella Vou and was assigned to Julia Ramos as my patient coordinator and proceeded to have a consultation with Hagen. The consultation was very thorough and I came away feeling very confident about what I wanted. There is a cooling off period and then a follow up consultation by phone. On the day of surgery Julia took such good care of me and Hagen was caring and professional and made me feel good about what I was about to do. The anaesthetist, nurses and all of the staff at Bella Vou were very attentive and caring. Soon after I came out of recovery I was taken back to my private room where my husband was waiting and we shared a light breakfast before heading home. The clinic were easily contactable in the days that followed. I had some questions for the nurses and also the surgeon, Hagen, and all were answered swiftly.
Today I returned for my 12 week review and was welcomed back to the clinic like family. I’m very happy with the results. Thanks to Bella Vou I feel like I’ve got the body I’m supposed to have.

Amazing team and Surgeon. The team and patient co-coordinator were so lovely and always there with any questions. I was looked after during my operation and after. If I needed to speak with the surgeon a call was arranged again prior to the operation. I was in safe hands and well cared for. All my questions were answered. The aftercare is exceptional, I was provided with post op garments, shown how to change bandages etc and should I have wished to attend further appointments were offered (however my operation went smoothly and recovery super fast much better than I anticipated).
The team are really good always smiling happy and that is a reflection on the surgeon Dr A Nakhdjevani. I have been recommending Bella Vou to everyone and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’m male and had rhinoplasty with Hagan with the Bella Vou clinic. The whole thing was fantastic from start to finish. The clinic is patient led and goes the extra mile at every step. On top of this the procedure was far better value for money than clinics on Harley Street.
The procedure went very well and I’m very happy with the outcome, now one week post op.

His expertise is very apparent from the minute he talks to you. I felt I had 100% of his attention when we were discussing options, and I felt so comfortable in his hands i actually left the final look completely up to him to decide once we were in surgery!
My scars are incredible after only 3 months, one of them I can barely even see and they are both so neat and tiny!
I actually came on surgery day completely on my own via the chauffeur service offered, and wasn’t remotely nervous.
I honestly had the best experience all round, and couldn’t recommend him and the clinic highly enough!
I spend a lot of time at the gym in sports bras where lots of people know I had surgery, and I am repeatedly getting compliments on how great my boobs look which is amazing!
