Hagen has been great ever since the first meeting. Everything was, and continues to be, clearly explained in simple terms, in a reassuring way that makes it clear that no question is too stupid!
Surgery itself has gone very well, and recovery continues to go well also. Despite doing this surgery directly with Hagen and not through a surgery, the support and care from Hagen and Amie has always been excellent, and any questions are always answered quickly (with the same clarity as above).
I highly recommend Hagen, if you are considering this procedure.
