22 year old female seeking a smaller nose and improved breathing
22 year old female with significant difficulty breathing through her nose due to a deviated septum, narrow internal nasal valves and large turbinates. Her nose became crooked after she had fractured it in childhood. She desired a smaller, straighter nose with a lower, more feminine bridge. She is shown 3 months after open rhinoplasty, spreader graft placement, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction. She is already delighted with the appearance of her nose and her breathing is tremendously improved. Her tip will become increasingly refined with time, as there is still a bit of residual swelling in the nose.
