This 50 year old woman wanted to rejuvenate her forehead and upper eyelids. She had an endoscopic brow lift with small incisions hidden in the hair, as well as an upper eyelid lift using a CO2 laser. Her results are shown 6 months later.

This female senior patient presented with the exclusive desire to elevate her drooping eyebrows.  She did not like how her makeup application was difficult nor preferred the extra weight of the skin resting on her eyelids.  During consultation we agreed to perform a lateral (from the side) browlift.  We discussed the additional potential benefit of additionally performing an upper blepharoplasty to directly remove the excessive thin skin above her lids, but she declined.Her procedure was performed under local anesthesia with a small dose of oral valium taken beforehand.  Procedure time was under one hour.Stitches were placed in the hairline on both sides and were removed 6 days afterwards.  She resumed normal activity and work 10 days after procedure.Her result demonstrates marked elevation and improvement in brow position, specifically of the outer corners of each eye while maintaining a natural appearance.

This 51 year-old female was unhappy with the appearance of her face and brow. Being very athletic, the additional loss of natural fat was very troubling to her. Restoration of this fat volume was performed with precise fat transfer to the cheeks, jowls and facial folds. In addition, a deep plane facelift, neck lift and endoscopic browlift was utilized to resuspend the facial tissues to a more youthful position. Her results at 8 months show barely perceptible scars and beautiful contour.

Forehead Lift

My beautiful, beautiful patient. She was gorgeous before and all we did was my DEFINE LIFT. A Deeplane Extended Facelift Including Necklift, the Elevation of the brows, and a touch of fat transfer. You can see she looks like herself just rejuvenated. My goal with facelift rejuvenation is always to try to make the patient a little more prettier or handsome. It's never meant to change the way they look. I think we nailed it! No one can tell what she had done other than she looks gorgeous!

This middle-aged woman presented with the concerns of excessively heavy upper eyelids.   She stated that her aging was certainly genetic in nature, for her mother and grandmother had aged in the same fashion.  She stated that she had tried botox on numerous occasions with minimal improvement.  She presented with the desire for more permanent results and longevity.Examination demonstrated moderate to severe excessive thin skin over the eyelids along with mild/moderate drooping of the outer eyebrows.  We also noted that her right eye was slightly droopier appearing than the left.  We decided together to perform both an upper blepharoplasty and lateral brow lift.Only under local anesthesia and mild oral sedation with valium, we performed both procedures at the same time in our office.  Procedure time was under 1 1/2 hours, and all stitches were removed 6 days afterwards.Her results demonstrate a significantly bright-eyed appearance while maintaining a natural look.  She stated her actual vision was somewhat improved, and makeup application was easier.
