    45 y.o. Caucasian female with history of truncal obesity, despite gastric bypass procedure and massive weight loss. Circumferential abdominoplasty and lower body lift was performed successfully. An additional 25 lbs was removed during surgery! The results produced included a flat stomach, a narrower waist, a lifted buttock area and outer thighs.
