My patient - pictured here - is a perfect example of the subtle results of the impactful transformation a brow lift paired with eyelid surgery can make in reducing the signs of aging. Unfortunately, as we all rely so much on our eyes and eyebrows to express emotions, the delicate skin in these areas can begin to wrinkle and sag sooner than your other facial features, which is what this patient had concerns about. She wanted to conservatively raise her eyebrows to ensure a natural result; look at how the outer portion of her eyebrow is raised in the AFTER photo and as a result, we can see more of her upper eyelid For patients wanting a refreshed look, a brow lift or upper/lower eyelid lift may be procedures to consider, as they remove excess and drooping skin, leading to a more alert and youthful appearance.

Patient felt his heavy eyelids made him look older and tired.  Dr. Eric Schaffer performed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty which give him a much improved appearance.
