I had a Lower Blepharoplasty done at Dr. Maleki’s clinic to remove Festoons (sagging skin under the eye and on the cheekbone). I had other plastic surgeons tell me there was no surgery that could remove festoons because of where they are located (too low on the cheek). Thankfully I found Dr. Maleki who thoroughly explained every detail of this surgery and the outcome was beyond successful! No more festoons!! and my skin looks amazing! Can’t thank him enough!

Josephine and staff were super kind and caring the entire time and were there for me every step of the way.

I had CO2 laser and lower fat grafting done by Dr. Maleki, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Dr. Maleki is incredibly skilled, professional, and meticulous, and the outcome truly exceeded my expectations.

A special thank you to Josephine, the Director of Nursing — she was absolutely outstanding. Her warmth, expertise, and calming presence made such a difference in my experience. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and cared for every step of the way.

I first met Dr. Maleki to discuss my heavily hooded eyelids and concerns about my under eye area. During the consultation, he recommended both an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer (to correct under eye hollowness) and full face CO2 resurfacing.

On the date of the surgery, everything went smoothly and the recovery was much easier than I expected. I am just over two months post-op and my eyes truly look amazing. I really appreciate Dr. Maleki's commitment to providing natural results. In fact, the results are so natural that people in my life have commented that I look refreshed but have no idea that I had a blepharoplasty. In addition, my incision lines are already barely visible at this early juncture in my healing.

Dr. Maleki - he is, without a doubt, a very talented and skilled surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone intending to have an eye surgery. One of my major concerns of having surgery was that I would no longer look like myself but Dr. Maleki proved that concern to be unwarranted. He is clearly a specialist in his field who provides natural and beautiful results.

Nurse Josephine: After the consultation, I emailed her several questions before deciding to proceed, all of which she answered allowing me to make an informed decision. During the surgery, she held my hand periodically to provide me with comfort as I previously expressed some anxiety about the procedure. That kind of support while in surgery cannot be understated.

Sunny: The first time I met Sunny, I mentioned that I was the bit scared by the thought of surgery, especially on my face - she was very genuine while she reassured me of Dr. Maleki's skill which put me at ease. On the day of my surgery, she came in towards the end and also held my hand to comfort me. She then helped me get dressed, stayed with me post-op and did my CO2 laser. Both Sunny and Josephine were very professional but also so warm that it felt like I was with a couple of girlfriends which made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

Leo: Leo at the front desk was always an absolute pleasure to interact with. He was always very professional and kind.

Nurse Sharon: Did my pre-op call where she went over all of the pre and post op instructions extremely patiently. She did not rush me and answered all of my questions.

Although I had the most interaction with the above mentioned staff, everyone at the office was absolutely amazing and very professional.

While Dr. Maleki's surgical skills would be enough to satisfy any patient, the demeanor of the staff is an important consideration for me as I'm sure is evident by my review. In sum, the whole team and my results exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Dr. Maleki to anyone, without reservation.

I had eyelid surgery done with Dr. Babak Maleki a year ago, and I can’t recommend him and his whole team enough. Dr. Maleki and his team are professional yet so approachable. A special thanks to Josephine, who is incredibly down-to-earth and knowledgeable, making the whole experience even better. Post-op, the follow-ups were thorough. They kept a close eye on my recovery, making sure I was healing properly and addressing any issues or questions I had along the way. Recovery was definitely a journey, requiring patience more than anything. It took about a year to see the final results, but it was worth every moment of waiting. The transformation was significant and natural-looking, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

I've been going to Dr. Maleki for nearly a decade to treat deep genetic undereye hollows that used to keep me from feeling confident and looking how I feel, even if well rested. Over the years he has done other treatments for prevention and consistently does the right amount of work to ensure I look my best. I have a mixed background and he has done a fantastic job subtly enhancing my appearance without making me look too much like someone else, he also ensures we don't overdo things and I can age gracefully. Thanks to Dr. Maleki, most people think I'm in my 30s although I'm on my way to my 50s!

Dr Maleki and his nurses have amazing bedside manner and make sure their patients are 100% satisfied. They are always quick to respond to follow up questions and offer advice and guidance. I had my lower eye bags treated and the difference is night and day. I would definitely recommend him. His results are beautiful and completely natural.
