Forehead reconstruction following MOHS surgery for skin cancer

This lovely lady was diagnosed with skin cancer. Her dermatologist removed the cancer using Mohs surgery which has a 95% chance for cure. She presented to me with this large defect following the Mohs. I reconstructed her with a forehead rotation flap. She healed beautifully.
