This is a liquid rhinoplasty.  This patient desired to even out the dorsum of her nose. She does not want actual surgery. Instead, we chose to use a hyaluronic acid filler applied to the dorsum of her nose and to the nasal tip. The photos shown are before and immediately after the injection. Specifically, I used Belotero, however many dermal filler options exist to accomplish this goal.
