This woman presented with the complaint of genetic heaviness in her lower face and neck. She stated that even with weight loss the fullness of her lower face and neck never seem to improve. She had attempted a few treatment of ultherapy and radiofrequency without any substantial improvement and wanted a more permanent, and significant, solution.We agreed that a lower facelift and necklift (with liposuction) would be the best treatment. Under local anesthesia and oral sedation with xanax, we performed a lower facelift and necklift in less than two hours (surgical time).Her results demonstrate significant reduction in the overall heaviness of her face, while creating much better angles to her jawline and profile.

	This patient wanted to get rid of the waddle under his neck. he was not interested in performing a lower face and neck lift, and opted for doing a neck lift only, which focused solely on the neck skin and not the jowls or jawline.

This 71 year old gentleman presented requesting improvement in his loose neck tissues only. He is 6'3 tall and weighs 195 lbs. A neck lift with platysma plication, (muscle tightening), was done. His results are shown at six months after his surgery.

This patient presented with the desire to lessen the heaviness of her lower face and neck. She shared that she had attempted Ultherapy and threads without any significant result, leading her to seek our Center. Her initial exam demonstrated significant jowling in her lower face, along with significant fat in her neck with sagging skin.We agreed upon performing a lower facelift and necklift under local anesthesia in our Center. True procedure time was slightly under 2 hours. Stitches were removed on post-operative days 7 and 12. With her hair down in front of her ears, she looked presentable at day 10 as most of the remaining swelling and bruising were around her ears.
