This healthy woman was unhappy with her post-pregnancy body shape. She currently was a 32DD with saline implants of about 304 grams on each side and wanted to go larger to avoid a full lift. A placement of Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile Memory Gel Silicone Implants 375cc on both sides was placed in a submuscular pocket and dual plane. Total Weight removed from abdomen was 2.2 pounds.
